If you want to change accessory, maintenance accessory
price list and damaged parts should be showed. Damage
situation and reason must be explained. The damaged ones
would be taken back. |

7 Service member should have the ability to solve the
problem in time with professional knowledge and complete
the mission as quick as possible in order to reduce clients’
inconvenient and lose. |

Register clients’ suggestion or appeal and deal with
it carefully in the shortest time till make clients satisfy.
